Using mature olives larger than 16 mm and have not touched the ground are cold-pressed filtered (also un-filtered for pulp) within 24 hours of being hand-picked mainly at early harvest, combining modern technology with traditional techniques.

This oil is natural, non-refined and contains no added chemicals.

It retains the freshness and flavour of food. As less oil is used because of its higher lubricative properties, less calories are consumed

All laleli olive oils are estate-bottled and our selection lable has a silky texture and non-oily feeling
